The Corporate Law Academy

The Corporate Law Academy is an online community for aspiring lawyers. They are based in London but serve clients all over the world. 

For their 5-year anniversary, they wanted to create a social media post to showcase their growth and engagement on their website but didn’t know where to start with Google Analytics.

STep 1: Discuss

We met with the CEO of The Corporate Law Academy to see what metrics they deemed important for their 5 year review. It had been a while since they last dove into their analytics, so they weren’t entirely sure where they stood in terms of digital presence success.

Step 2: Strategize

Then, we skimmed through the data in the backend of analytics, separating the various aspects of their website, like resources, forums, and general website and developed a strategy for separating a understanding the data cohesively via Google’s Looker Studio.

STEP 3: EXECUTE

We raised the sails and started to execute the plan in place. We build out a custom-branded Google Looker Studio, complete with interactive charts and filtering to help TCLA understand their data at a glance.

STEP 4: ANALYZE & TWEAK THE COURSE

Finally, we met with the team to review our findings. While they did experience ebbs and flows over the course of the 5 years, they were excited to discover the growth of different areas of their website, and have plans to complete a more in-depth analysis at a higher cadence in the near future.

THE RESULTS

A better understanding of where users are located, growth and declines in various areas of their website, most popular referral sources, what pages users are interacting with, and where they should focus their spending to make the most of their campaigns.
