The Molloy Hotel’s Social Media Project

The Molloy Hotel is a family owned-and-operated beachfront hotel in Treasure Island, Florida. Their goal is to raise awareness about their hotel on social media, grow following organically, and therefore, increase bookings.

First, we examined what strategy The Molloy had in place. We took a closer look at top post performance, content, and post cadence. Then, we discussed what vision the client had in mind and overarching business goals.

Afterward, we devised a plan centered on organic social media growth. This involved crafting a personalized reporting dashboard highlighting organic growth, arranging an on-site photoshoot for top-notch content, and conducting a market analysis to stay ahead of local competitors.

We’ve been working with The Molloy Hotel about 2 years now. Every month, we take a seat to assess what’s working and identify areas for improvement. Adapting to audience and seasonal shifts, we adjust the course as needed.
