Sundial St. Petersburg, a lavish upscale shopping destination nestled in the heart of St. Petersburg, Florida, boasts a diverse array of tenants, including Ruth’s Chris, Sea Salt, Chico’s, White House Black Market, Tommy Bahama, the Spice & Tea Exchange, and many more.

Sundial needed assistance in elevating their social media presence and promoting events for their tenants.

First, we sat down with the team and discussed where they were at with their social media and their goals for their social media. Their main objectives were to spotlight their tenants, raise awareness about upcoming events, and maintain credibility by posting consistently.

From there, we crafted a comprehensive plan encompassing overall social strategy, tenant outreach, content creation, and event promotion.

Throughout our collaboration, we achieved sustained growth and engagement for Sundial’s account, fostering our relationship with the tenants. We actively supported them in growing their individual social media accounts. This involved on-site visits to meet with tenants and capture compelling content.

STEP 4: ANALYZE & TWEAK THE COURSE

Our collaboration with Sundial St. Petersburg and their managing partners continued until it underwent acquisition by another investor in early 2022.

THE RESULTS

We achieved significant success in revitalizing Sundial’s social media presence, rekindling awareness of the events hosted and drawing attendance to the vibrant happenings at Sundial.
